What kind of truck will the auto transport be transported on?

Generally, your vehicle(s) will be transported or shipped on an 8 or 10-car mover or hauler, the same type of trucks used to transport new cars to your local dealerships. These trucks are 75 to 80 feet lengthy (that's almost twice as long as a conventional freight truck or moving van) and are approximately 14 feet high. For that reason they are very hard to plan and are restricted to main roads that do not have any overhanging trees or the low clearance bridges. It is to note that when directing the truck to your home or pick-up location a local service for transporting vehicle are used with the hauler/transporter/shippers not to encounter trouble in reaching your pick-up/delivery.
