- Match the driver license photo before releasing keys.
Can't scan? Enter driver's short code
Ask the driver to tap Customer can't scan? on their phone. They'll show a link like aaat.com/ABC1234 — type that in your browser or enter the code below.
Driver has no QR code?
Enter the email on your order and order number. We'll resend the pickup QR to every driver, carrier, and dispatcher on this order.
Still stuck? Contact AAAT before releasing the vehicle
After verification: photos & walkaround video
On the next screen you'll photograph the vehicle at pickup (and again at delivery). Front, rear, both sides, wheels, interior, damage close-ups, and a slow walkaround video.
